By accessing and using this website or by engaging Bettendorf Insulation for any service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who requests a quote or schedules work with us.
Bettendorf Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Bettendorf, IA and surrounding communities. Services include but are not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, basement insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, insulation removal, and related work on the building envelope.
Service availability, scheduling, and scope are subject to change based on project conditions, material availability, and crew capacity. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Written estimates provided by Bettendorf Insulation are based on conditions observed at the time of assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final pricing may differ from the estimate if conditions discovered during installation - such as hidden moisture damage, structural issues, or additional scope not visible during the initial visit - require additional materials or labor. We will notify you before proceeding with any work that falls outside the original estimate.
Estimates are provided at no charge and carry no obligation to proceed.
Once a job date is confirmed, we ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover crew scheduling costs, at our discretion.
We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will contact you as soon as possible to set a new date.
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless a separate payment agreement has been established in writing prior to the start of work. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before scheduling.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the job completion date may be subject to a late fee. If collection efforts become necessary, the customer is responsible for any reasonable collection costs incurred.

Failure to prepare the space as requested may result in delays or additional charges.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If a defect in our installation is identified within one year of the job completion date, we will return to correct it at no charge, provided the issue is the result of our work and not damage, misuse, or changes made by others after the job was completed.
Material warranties are governed by the terms of the respective manufacturer. We will provide manufacturer documentation on request.
Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by water intrusion, structural movement, pest activity, or any conditions not related to the insulation work we performed. This website and all service descriptions are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a warranty of any kind beyond what is stated in your written estimate or service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bettendorf Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or the services we provide. Our total liability in any matter arising from a service we performed shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific job.
We are not liable for pre-existing conditions in your home that are not related to our work, or for damage resulting from conditions you did not disclose prior to the start of services.

If you have a complaint or dispute about work we performed, please contact us directly first at team@bettendorfinsulation.com or (563) 206-5388. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. Any unresolved disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration in Bettendorf, IA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless prohibited by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms or our services shall be brought in the appropriate courts of Scott County, Iowa.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
